Time Sheet Calculator
Calculate Hours allows you to enter times worked, like: 7:45, 11, 12:10, 3, 4, 4:30 and it will add up the time worked into a meaningful hour:minute format. You can then Sum Hours like: 6:35, 8:15, 26:15 for a total. See the tips below for more information.
Tips
- You can use a period
., comma,or spaceinstead of a colon:to delimit the hour and minute segments. For example, entering7.15is the same as entering7:15,5,30=5:30and12.8=12:08. - Use military time when spanning large time blocks. E.g., instead of
6(am) to6(pm), enter6and18. - 3- and 4-digit numbers without delimiters (
:or.) are converted to H:MM or HH:MM format when calculated. That is,130=1:30,1207=12:07,1500=15:00. 1- and 2-digit numbers represent hours (8=8:00,12=12:00).
What happened to the time blocks? They’ve simply been rearranged...
