Volunteer Experience

Volunteer Customer Service Manager, Sony Online Entertainment's EverQuest Guide Program, Senior Guide. Managed a team of 30 to 50 volunteer customer support representatives. Duties included personnel management, counseling, interviewing and reviewing applications. Schedule management and recommendations for promotions. Handling customer service requests from a 15,000+ user base in a dynamic and entertaining environment. April 1999-April 2000, average 20 hours per week.
